At Tanishk Design, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined as follows:
- Cancellations can be requested within 7 days of placing an order. However, once an order has been processed and shipped to the vendor, the cancellation request may not be honored.
- We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers or food products. Refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer can provide evidence of poor product quality.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be considered after verification by the merchant.
- If the product you receive differs significantly from what was displayed on the website, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Appropriate actions will be taken after review.
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for issues.
- Any approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 days.
